yWorks announces yFiles.NET version 3.1, the new major release of its
outstanding .NET class library for analysis, automatic layout, and
visualization of diagrams, networks, and graphs.

With this release, the yFiles.NET Viewer component provides extensive
support for hierarchically organized graphs, where subgraphs can be
grouped within so-called "group nodes" to arbitrary depth.

The yFiles.NET Algorithms component features new layout and edge routing
algorithms and brings sophisticated enhancements for the hierarchical
layout algorithms.
These cover advanced constrained layer assignment and best-of-class
incremental layout support for grouped graphs with
IncrementalHierarchicLayouter.
