Well, that's the general idea. You can insert an entry into the cache with
various parameters that cause it to be purged form the cache. Here are some
docs showing the different ways to insert into the cache with the various
parameters:

Hi,

Ive read lots of article on the cache and its seems really powerfull
and it
recommends use use that instead of Application variables.
However they dont seem to show u how to use it like that
Do u just set the expiry period to 24Hrs or nothing ?
