I am new to the web application and i have some basic doubts.

1) We have to develop an application in Windows CE only if we have to
install the application in the devices. If the application need to be only
accessed in the PDA or any mobile device, then we can use the normal Mobile
web pages.

2)Is it necessary that all the controls in the mobile web forms should be
'mobile controls'?

3)What is the mobile control available corresponding to the table, div,
span, dataview etc.
