I am trying to develop a web app for a PDA. (running windows CE, IE)

In VS2005, when I design the screens - I drag and dropped the controls on to
my form and arrange them by using the line breaks and spaces.
Everything looks good on my desktop IE browser.
When I view it on my PDA - all the controls look too big. Even if I resize
them to look smaller in VS2005, they look bigger on my PDA.
They are not aligned right as well.
