How do I customize the header of a tablefield - I don't seem to be able to
find any examples anywhere?

Is there a way to add an extra checkboxfield to an objectlist? - the check
doesn't go into the database but is used to verify choice on a clickevent
(like: 'this item should be deleted - check')
