I have an asp .net mobile web application being created in c# 2005.
How can we preview it without the mobile device? Is any such tool is
provided by Microsoft for previewing them?

You can use the mobile emulator to preview the application.

startup your web application, start up a simulator, browse to the url of
your web application from the device simulator.
