You can't. Unfortunatly it only exists on Win 2003.

Thanks for posting in the group.

Joseph is right. IIS 6.0 introduces a lot of new features. Especially, the
worker process isolation mode is an improvement of IIS6 which means the
server can be only installed in Windows server 2003 family. Windows 2000
doesn't have this feature and so can't have IIS 6.0 installed.
