Creating an excel file and saving it in hard disk

Hi,
I am building an windows application using Visual Studio 2005 using VB.Net.
I need to create an excel file at runtime. The file would contain data coming
from database.Finally I need to save the file in hard disk.
Any pointer would be very helpful.
