Default Crystal reports - How to edit labels in legend in a graph using CR - 09-27-2004 , 09:45 AM

Hi dudes.

I cant seem to change the x and y axis titles in the legend. The @ symbol
is really annoying, and it always says Sum Of at the beginning. Does anyone
know how to actually change the text? Have tried double-clicking and right
clicking in design and preview modes, but to no avail.

Regards,
Nick.

In Crystal Reports, run the report. In preview mode, do a right click on the
chart itself, and then go to "Chart Analyzer". This will take you into a
designer mode of the chart. By selecing the axis title, you can open it up
and modify the content.

I haven't done this in the .NET environment, but everything else I've done
in the .NET Crystal Reports Designer has been the same.

In version 10 and possibly 9 there is no chart analyzer.
Do the following

From Preview mode click the text that requires editing. Right-click
the text and choose 'Edit Axis Label'.
