Need to find out how to send files automatically to remote email address have tried vb and c++ so far unseccesfu
can anyone give me some suggestions

windows xp all i need it to do is once a week grab a txt file and send it to a remote email account

Take a look at the System.Web.Mail namespace. Those classes can be used from
both web and regular managed applications.
