I'm new to .Net. I created a C# web service project using the wizard. I
uncommented the "Hello World" code. When I run the project - I get the web
page showing my method "Hello World" When I try to invoke it using the
"Invoke" button - I get the following error message:

File or assembly name p9kcptmb.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

The library name changes every time I refresh the page. I searched the dll
database - but I cannot find any of these dlls. Is Visual Studio .Net not
installed correctly? I had problems initially getting the project to
recognize the framework .dll. I ran regiss.net to correct that problem - but
it seems as though the configurtion is still not setup correctly?

I'm running Visual Studio.Net 2003 on XP Professional Service Pack 1 with
IIS 5.1 and IE 6.0.

Any help onthis would be greatly appreciated.
