help! properties window is blank!

For some weird reason, my properties window is suddenly blank when I try to
make a dialog based mfc program. I did not change anything in my settings on
vs.net ormy computer. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try restoring display defaults.
Tools->Options->Reset Window Layout

In addition to resetting display properties, is the Properties window blank
after you select something in Solution Explorer or in the GUI editor?
