Course 2663a XML Tools add-in not working in visual studio 2003

I i have tried installing the XML tools add-in on my PC in visual studio 2003
with SP1. I have upgraded the code to 1.1 like studio asked and rebuilt the
project, i installed it but it doesn't show in the add in manager and i can't
seem to find a way to add it. Does anyone know what i need to do to get the
add in working
