my account is with comcast.net. they have a folder called 'screened mail' i
saved some documents in there, very important documents, i checked and it is
missing, comcast says they keep it on their server only for 24 hours. not
sure why they have this folder since it dont say 'delete or trash' can anyone
help me retrieve my email

Was the folder on the server or on your PC? If it was on Comcast's server,
it's probably gone for good. You'll need to talk to Comcast about possible
recovery. If you have important documents, you need to take responsibility
for preserving them. In the future, you should consider saving anything
important to your local hard drive, then making backups periodically
(perhaps to optical media).

thanks, and yes it is all gone, the setting was wrong, when comcast came out
to set up my email they did not set the settings, they only did it now.
