Default Design Time attributes on UserControl - 05-04-2005 , 03:34 PM

I am looking to enable intellisence for my UserControl(ascx) in the html
portion of the page. I want the user to be able to drag the control to the
page and from there modifiy a few properties in both the html tag and the
properties window.

So far I have been unsuccessful in getting intellisence to show up or get
the property to show up in the window.

If this is not possible please let me know also.

AFAIK it is not possible for User Controls.
Only "Web Custom Controls" offer this feature.

You can read about it in VS help - article: "Recommendations for Web User
Controls vs. Web Custom Controls"
