Can anyone please tell me if i can install .net studio and
visual studio in same machine as i want visual interdev as
well as .net studio in same machine.does anyone face some
problem with it.

Yes you can. It's not a problem. We have a classroom full of PC's with both
Visual Studio 6 and Visual Studio .NET 2003. I'm typing this on a PC with
VS6, VS.NET 2002 *and* VS.NET 2003 on it. No issues.

I've had issues in the past. Generally it involves the order of
installation.
I can't say with certainty that you should install the vS6 first and .NET
later.
I have discovered in the past that when I have a problem with one not
working
it is best to uninstall everything and reinstall it over again. I also make
it a point to avoid VSAnalyzer in VS6 - just superstition but it works for
me.
