sign-in and receiving and sending mail

I've tried for two weeks to sigm-in and get mail and receive mail, I have not been successful not even with the experts. Can you help me? My server is Comcast.net.

I'm sure somebody "here" who is also a Comcast customer can help you, but
first, what mail client software are you using (Windows Mail, Outlook
Express, Outlook, etc.), and what version of Windows are you running? Those
details will enable others to better assist you.
When you mention "experts", have you tried getting setup assistance from
Comcast tech support?
