Interesting question (I can't find it either), but you'll get answers faster
if you post in a Vista group rather than in this ,NET programming group.
To find the group you need:

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down "Windows Vista" and
select a group there.
