XP cd

Hi
I have this XP pro cd which is registered in my name.
I would like to rebuilt my XP box but somehow CD has scratch marks on it and
is
giving me hard time to install.
Is there any way that I can exchange this CD with the same?
I understand there will be a charge for it but I hope It is not as much as a
new CD.
