I have installed the Academic version of VS.Net on my computer which is
running Windows 2000 Professional OS and everytime I try to run a program I
get an error message stating "Unable to start debugging. The Machine Debug
Manager Service is disabled." I've reinstalles VS.Net several times with no
luck and tried looking for solutions on the web with no luck either. Any
solutions or suggestions to resolve this problem would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks Keith.
