Add "Insert Menu" button to Toolbar

I am using the FREE version of "MSN Live Hotmail". I would like to add to the
Toolbar the "Insert Menu" button.

Does any one know how?

If not, does anyone know the "Basic" file that is the "Insert Menu" command.
Like "calc.exe" is the basic file command for the calculator.

You would get better results if you posted your question in a group devoted
