Release of OmniPortal Beta 0.3

OmniPortal has just released version 0.3 Beta of it's software. It is
currently running at http://beta.omniportal.net, if you would like to view
the software. A download is also availiable at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ease_id=133746.
