shell for rule based expert system - 12-28-2004 , 11:17 AM

Hi,
I'm developing a web based expert system to detect failures (such as Printer
failure detection system).
I want to develop it with .net but i can't seem to find such a shell for it.
I will appreciate if someone could point me out to some help.
