everytime I start my comp. the tower is going crazy. I see this wuaudt.exe
running and don't know what it is? Everyonce in a while my comp. will just
shut down by itself and I have no clue why?

Note that while the file you named is a legitimate part of Windows, you
should do a thorough AV and anti-spyware check.

My computer does this too. It runs for at least 15 minutes on startup with
this program. Complete and thorough scans show no viruses. My other
computer doesn't seem to do this.
