Hi Ben,

As I understand, you are try to find a solution to have multiple manifest
for on clickonce application, it my undersatnding right? I suggest you may
consider creating two different web folder and put different version of
application and manifest file in it. A Web folder can only contains one
manifest. So we can create two: one for user actaully download and another
for beta test. Once the test is finished, we can copy later version in the
actual deploy web folder.
