I have created a windows app that I published in online-only mode with clickonce. It works with several computers I've test-installed to, but there is one user's computer that will not run the application. The application is downloaded and installed, but simply closes out before it reaches the GUI. Another simple app I had made for my own use only (has little-to-no debugging code) opens with a "System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt". Any ideas on how to pinpoint the source of this error? I can't find any mention of a single computer issue with ClickOnce deployment online. Like I said, it only happens on one computer so far (but if there is one during beta, there may be more going live...) Thanks for any help. - M. Altobelli |
