I tried NCache by Alachisoft...and it really worked out very well for me! They provide really great features such as a smarter cache for NHibernate, as well as for Enterprise Library 2.0 and also NCache 3.1 provides cache synchronization with database.
If you can do try it out, its a strong recommendation!
