Smart Device application - Not connecting to the network - 10-23-2007 , 01:38 PM

I am running in the Pocket PC 2003 SE Emulator and trying to do a WebRequest
and I throw a WebException.

"Could not establish connection to network."

My work station where I am developing has connectivity. What do I need to do
to get the emulator to work on the same network?
