Default Web-based clickonce fails - "Details button" disabled - 07-20-2007 , 11:34 AM

All:

I am having difficulty with one of my users with a .NET 2.0
application failing to run on his box, that runs flawlessly
elesewhere.

In his case, he does have firefox, but he has disabled it, and allowed
IE to be his primary browser.

He is able to get to the publish page, and when he clicks the "Run"
button, the "Launching Application" sequence begins.

However, whereas my first time users currently get the unsigned code
message warning (I'll be clearing that later), he gets a message
instructing him to contact the application vendor. (Me!). And the
details button is disabled, so theres no referal to useful
troubleshooting information.

We've temporarily promoted the account to a local admin, but that did
not help. His box is XP, SP2 with full patches, with the current >NET
2.0 Framework.

ANy help is appreciated.

d.
