Default 2 versions of .Net Framework on my PC (which one used) ? - 01-21-2004 , 07:31 AM

I purchased a laptop PC recently. It had .NET Framework 1.1 already
installed on it. When I installed VS.Net Professional from the CDs,
it re-installed its' version of .NET Framework 1.0.3705.

Which one is being used by default w. VS.Net in compiling .NET
applications.? How do I change between the versions (if I even need
to) ?

VS Net 2002 uses 1.0
VS Net 2003 uses 1.1

They can be installed side by side.

Is it worth the upgrade to VS.Net 2003? How much is VS.Net 2003 Pro
Upgrade?
