3d Shapes

I am working o a c# application which needs to draw Solid Blocks, Spheres
and Cylinders in 3D just like a CAD Program. Is there a library or a 3D
Engine that can help with this stuff?

I am currently looking at TrueVision3D.com

Take a look at the Directx 9 SDK.
