What is the question?
1. Why is SQL updated? Most likely you have the full roundtrip bound (which
can be done drag and drop in Windows Forms and ASP.NET (2.0 only without any
code)).
The fact you do not have it in /bin means nothing. The fact it is an XML
file really means nothing. The big issue is the binding and the fact that
you have the full round cycle set up in your code. If that is not your
intent, you need to take control.
