I've seen that several folks around here have problems with that
function. I think I've solved the problem and posted the code to

Well... you shouldn't have needed to write this muach code for string
marshaling if you'd just use the SDF's MarshalEx.StringToHGlobalUni method:

BTW, I've updated the Network class to support enumeration of the network
resources as well and it will be a part of SDF.
