Is it possible to register the same ServicedComponent class in multiple COM+
library applications? What are the ramifications of doing so?

Not Currently, no. This is actually not a limitation of
System.EnterpriseServices, but a limitation of COM+.

Now, this is not entirely true... if you're using COM+ 1.5 (Windows Server
2003), then I believe you should be able to use COM+ Partitions to
accomplish this (I've never tried it, though)...
