When the control is disabled, the text back ground color fade to gray, How to change the color?

Haven't I seen you ask that same question in a different group yesterday?
Please don't multi-post...

I don't think there's an easy way to change the color. The color for
inactive controls is a Windows setting - I don't think there's an
interactive way of changing that particular color and you could probably
find out how to do it. But you would influence all other applications at
the same time...
