May be I missing something but how do I create a Bitmap object
specifying size in millimeters? Bitmap constructor deals only with
pixels. How about millimeters?

How many pixels do you want to the mm? Multiply that number by the no of mm
you want. There is a function to set the DPI of you bitmap also.
