Does anyone have any idea how one would go about rendering
rich text in GDI+?

You would either use the RTF control (which wraps the RTF common control); or write
your own RTF parser (have fun!); or use a third party control (TX control?).

May I strongly suggest that you don't use TX Control? We used it for a while
and it was just too buggy (even with the latest service pack) to use in a
release product. Hence why I've been helping Tim with the HTML Editor that
he is so (rightfully) famous for
