SVG in IE ?

what woul you recommend to display and allow to modify SVG document on IE
and ASP.NET ?

Adobe SVG Viewer for viewing the SVG document... that's the best that I've
seen.
SVG Editor for ASP.Net / IE... I've never seen one so far...
