Default How to use Task Scheduler 1.0 - 05-22-2009 , 06:52 PM

Hi,

I'm posting my question here since it involves interop when using Task
Scheduler 1.0. I hope you guys and girls can help me.

I'm writing an app that needs to create scheduled tasks, and i am able
to do so if working on Windows Vista or 7RC. All i do is reference the
COM TaskScheduler 1.1.
As i understand when working this way I'm using TaskSchduler 2.0, which
comes with Vista, 2008 and 7. But my app needs to run on XP and 2003 as
well.

When I create a new project on Windows XP and try to refrence the
TaskScheduler COM object, I just can't find it.

So my question is how do I work with TaskScheduler 1.0 on Windows XP?
Please don't refer me to the MSDN because i've been there and i still
can't figure it out.

Thanks,

DJ
