Oracle and/or Sybase Connection with C# Standard 2003

Hi All,

Trying to use the DataAdapter wizard to create a connection to an Oracle DB
or a Sybase DB I get the "Unable to connect to database. It is only possible
to connect to SQL Server Desktop Engine Databases and Microsoft Access
Databases with this version of Visual Studio." error dialog box. This after
I press the "Test Connection" button and successfully connect. So my
question is, does standard version truly not support connections to
"external" databases? Do I really have to spend $800+ for the Professional
..NET package to access these databases with C# ???

You do not need another .net package, but you may need an oracle or
Sybase client and its proper configuration.
