System32 error

I've looked everywhere and can't find a fix, I get this error message on
start up and it seems to have slowed my start up down;
RUNDLL
C:\windows|system32|uibuykwd.dll

Can anyone help? Please?

try running msconfig and searching for the string in the start up tab.
