I receive an error message: STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER
after updating my video driver. This also occurred before hand. I am using
windows xp service pack 2. Have tried to follow the hep from the microsoft
page. ie reduce hardware speed etc. all to no avail. Any ideas?

Definitely not the right group to be asking this type of question.

However, to answer your question. Contact your video card manufacturer.
They're the ones that build the drivers and they're the ones that are most
likely to be able to help you.
