error invalid class 0x80041010 on Win32_PerfFormattedData_PerfProc_Process - 07-30-2007 , 07:59 PM

I tried running the query from Csharp, wbemtest and vbscript but i allways
get 'error invalid class 0x80041010'

I tried the following solutions I found over the web but all seems not
working:

wmiadap /f
winmgmt /clearadap

I'm using winxp pro sp2 with .net 2
