I look for the code in vb.net to interface with a regulated, and in the
middle of the screen an area that represents a white area of design

Can you be clearer about what you are looking for? Your message makes no
sense to me. What do you mean by a regulated, middle of the screen white
design area?

I want to be in VB.net code for a ruler at the top of the workspace, and have
an area that represents Blanche my work area, usually a sheet A4

I think you'd be better of using VB .NET to automate Microsoft Word and set
the document properties of the new Word document to A4.

Thank you for this suggestion but, it does not NET word, fromat A4, as was
the case in point.

The size of the leaf is free.

Illlustrer for, the principle I look like WORD, it is regulated and in the
middle leaf
