I don't know if this is the proper forum or not, because I don't have the foggiest idea about what I'm talking about. I faithfully do my updates on my XP SP2 machine. All is updated except I need SP1 and 2 for NET framework. I have no idea what that means. Any researching I do at MSN gives me explanations which are totally Greek to me e.g. " FIX: You may experience issues with Windows Communication Foundation peer channel connections ." OH MY GOSH!!! ![]() I am an avid home user who likes to be current. Do I need that fix or is it for people who are programming complicated things, or what. It sounds to me that people who might be programming in machine language or something would need it, but do I??? Thanks. Chet |
