I am trying to create stationary with a border that I downloaded from
microsoft office. When I try to set up in my email options the background is
completely black but the border artwork shows. I tried to edit to no
background and I tried to edit in microsoft picture edit to change the
background to white and it changes the entire page to white and the artwork
is not visable. How do I get rid of the black and keep the candy cane border
on a white page? Please help!
