Default defrag---dead - 01-01-2008 , 12:06 PM

My defrag stoped on windaws Visea Home.
I have tried everything I know and it just wont work.
I tried it in TOOLS and in MY COMPUTER opening C: and hit properties and
pull tools and hit DEFRAG-===DEAD!!!
Every thing else work OK.

No defrag is not dead. You can run it from the Command Prompt manually. May
I suggest that you post to the correct NG at MS.Public.Windows.Vista.General
to get the information, as you're posting to the wrong newsgroup/forum.

Here, I'll help you. My mom turned 87 last year. She is still kicking
strong. I am glad you are kicking strong. I can only hope that I can last as
long.

Vista's Windows Mail should have a section in it called Microsoft
Communities, which you can use to get to the Vista forums.

You have this too.

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...y/default.mspx

Vista has a Defrag scheduled to run on certain days like around 2:00 am,
which you can find that out by posting to a Vista forum.

The forum you are posting to now is a MS programmer's forum, which is not a
Vista forum.
