I recently installed a new wbcamand to start with everything was fine. Then
when the combined mic/earphone started to give problems i bought a new
straightforward mic. This still wouldnt work and when i went into the
settings i discovered that the mic setting keeps changing to mute no matter
what i do. Anyone any suggestions. I have realtek AC97 Audio. Am running
windows xp home edition.
