The question is not Dotnet.

However, is it running or just in the process map of taskmanager like
services that are waiting to be clicked in your processbar ?

In the later case "I" would not worry.

Jose,

As long as it are not for sure strange processes. (Not easy to find out),
then "I" leave them.

By instance a service as messenger is often wrong interpretated.
The messanger is a service to handle program messanges inside the system.
To stop it would stop your complete OS and difficult to let it go again.

Therefore be carefully what you stop.

(The internal processing is mostly not what your computer makes slow. That
is most often the painting of a screen and things like that).
