I have a French version and an English version of my application. I created
two different installer packages, when with French installer and one in
English. Should these packages have the same UpgradeCode and/or ProductCode?
The only difference is the one installer is in French and the other in
English. The French also installs the localized resources, while the English
just goes with the defaults. Any suggestions?
